创客创新驱动新农人创业模式研究

摘要
返乡创业人员普遍面临着创新能力相对薄弱等瓶颈问题,推进创客创新驱动新农人创业成为一条重要路径。基于多案例信息挖掘,分析了创客创新驱动新农人创业机制,提出驱动发展的平台模式、联盟模式、基地模式与孵化模式,并比较分析了驱动发展模式的优势和劣势。提出全面推进实施城乡创新创业发展的队伍专业化、路径合理化、服务生态化建议,对推动城市创客创新成果聚焦实体经济,推进农业供给侧结构性改革,带动农村农业产业升级具有积极的意义。
Returning home entrepreneurs are generally facing bottlenecks such as relatively weak innovation ability and so on. It is an important path to promote innovation driven new farmers to start a business. Based on multi case information mining, this paper analyzes the mechanism of city makers innovation driving new farmers entrepreneurship, puts forward the platform mode, alliance mode, base mode and incubator mode of driving development, and compares the advantages and disadvantages of driving development models. Finally, These suggestions are put forward to build professional teams,rationalization path, and ecological service. The proposals has positive significance to promote the city makers innovation focus on the real economy, promote agricultural supply side structural reforms, and promote rural agricultural industrial upgrading.
