摘要
通过文献检索,对中美两国农村医生培养政策进行分析,重点比较两者在政策机制、培养目标、教育措施、招生选拔机制、教学内容、就业契约形式、奖惩措施等方面的异同点,提出对我国农村医生培养的启示。
Through retrieval of the literature,the situations of the training policy of the rural physician in China and USA were analyzed. The analysis and comparison maily fucus on the differences or similarities in policy mechanism,training objectives,educational measures,admissions selection mechanism,teaching contents,employment contract form and rewarding and punishment measures. Status of rural doctors rraining in developed countries and its inspirations to China were discussed.
