美国农村图书馆可持续发展及启示

摘要
[目的 /意义]探寻美国农村图书馆可持续发展在法律建设、体系完善、服务技术等诸多方面的优势,为我国农村图书馆事业的可持续发展提供借鉴。[方法 /过程]简介美国农村图书馆的发展概况,具体分析其可持续发展的三个项目,得出其优势所在:美国农村图书馆的可持续发展得益于政策的完善和相关行业的支持,其发展落脚于图书馆员的再教育和图书馆技术革新。[结果 /结论 ]我国农村图书馆的可持续发展需要成体系的政策法规为资源建设和阅读服务提供资金支持;需要开阔视野,从多维度出发,谨慎实施项目;需要注重馆员再教育,创新服务形式。
[Purpose/significance] The present article tries to reveal the advantages of American rural libraries in legal construction, system improvement and service technology, with a view to shedding light on the development of China's rural libraries. [Method/process] A brief description of the development of American rural libraries and an analysis of the three major programs in its course show that their sustainable development has benefited from the favorable policies and the support from related industries and rooted in re-education of their librarians and technology innovation. [Result/conclusion] The sustainable development of rural libraries in China requires that a system of policies and regulations should be established to provide financial support for resources construction and reading service, a broad vision should be developed and a multiple-dimension angle adopted to implement programs prudently, and that librarians should be reeducated to innovate service modes.
