摘要

全面推行河长制,是落实绿色发展理念、推进生态文明建设的内在要求。本文以盐城市亭湖区为例,对全面推行河长制过程中的河道整治状况进行调查研究。通过对亭湖区农村河道整治的前期探索,总结了当前农村河道整治中存在的问题,为在河长制的推动下探索农村河道整治提供新路径。
        Comprehensive implementation of the river chief system is an inherent requirement for implementing the concept of green development and promoting ecological civilization. Tinghu District of Yancheng City is adopted as an example in the paper for investigating and studying the status of river regulation in the process of comprehensively implementing river chief system. Existing problems in rural river channel regulation is summarized through preliminary exploration of rural river channel regulation in Tinghu District,thereby providing a new path for exploring rural river channel regulation under the promotion of the river chief system.
