中国与纳米比亚农业投资合作探究

摘要
纳米比亚农业资源丰富,但缺乏先进技术支持,发展落后,其国内农产品消费无法自给自足,存在一定投资发展机遇。本文通过对纳米比亚的农业投资环境分析发现,该国政局稳定、经济持续增长、社会治安良好、通信设施完备、交通便利、外商投资政策优越等,适合外商进行种植业、畜牧业和渔业投资。中国在农业科技、机械设备、生产管理等方面有优势,中国"走进"纳米比亚进行农业投资与合作具有一定发展前景。在投资与合作过程中,中国要注意加强对纳比亚投资环境的全面认知,争取投资主体的多样化,提升中纳两国农业合作的层次,实现技术推广与产品研发并重,并发挥中国宏观指导及公共服务的功能。
Namibia is rich in agricultural resources, but backward in agricultural development due to lack of advanced technology support. Since its domestic agricultural product consumption cannot be self-sufficient, there may exist some investment development opportunities. Through the analysis of the agricultural investment environment in Namibia, it is found that the country's political stability, sustained economic growth, good public security, complete communication facilities,convenient transportation, and superior foreign investment policies are suitable for foreign investment in planting, animal husbandry and fisheries. With China's advantages in agricultural science and technology, machinery and equipment, and production management, etc., there are certain prospects for China to carry out the agricultural investment and cooperation with Namibia. In the process of investment and cooperation, attention must be paid to the comprehensive understanding of the investment environment in Namibia in order to strive for diversification of investment entities, promote the level of agricultural cooperation between China and Namibia, pay equal attention to technology promotion and product research and development, and ensure Chinese government play the role in the macro guidance and public services.
