共享经济视阈下城乡互助养老模式的构建

摘要
随着人口城市化和老龄化程度的不断加深,城市养老压力在不断加大,农村闲置房屋和荒芜土地问题也日益突出。共享经济的核心是社会资源的共享和再利用,改变因闲置资源的私有化而无法得到充分利用的问题。因此,将共享经济理念运用到养老产业中,以农村闲置资源为载体,建立以地缘为基础的互助服务制度,形成城乡互助养老模式,实现农村闲置性的非经营资源与老年人多样化养老需求的高效对接,将养老问题与农村问题、农民问题、农业问题进行有效的结合,既是缓解城市养老服务资源紧张、农村闲置房屋和荒芜土地问题的有效措施,也是养老产业在促进城乡文明的交流和农村经济发展的有益探索。
With the deepening of urbanization and ageing of population, the pressure on urban pensions is increasing,and the problems of idle houses and deserted land in rural areas are becoming increasingly prominent. The core of the sharing economy is the sharing and the reuse of social resources, which can change the problem that the idle resources can't be fully utilized due to the privatization. Therefore, it is necessary to apply to the concept of sharing economy to the old-age industry, which uses rural idle resources to establish a geo-based mutual aid service system to form a model of urban-rural mutual-assisted pension. Effective integration of old-age care with agriculture, rural areas and farmers issues is not only an effective measure to alleviate the problem of urban old-age service resources, rural idle houses and deserted land, but also an effective exploration for the old-age industry to promote the exchange of urban and rural civilization and rural economic development.
