浅析就业协作体的产生与发展

摘要
大学生就业是国家始终高度关注的问题之一,广大的莘莘学子能否顺利的走向工作岗位,不仅关系到他们每个家庭的幸福,更关系到社会的稳定和祖国的发展,因此大学生就业工作不仅是一项民生工程,更是一项民心工程。随着高校的扩招,毕业生就业压力逐年增大,为了缓解这一现象,政府、高校都投入了大量的人力、物力、财力,对于就业工作模式的研究也始终都在进行。近年来,随着就业市场化的逐步推进,高校就业协作体相继出现,对这种新的就业工作模式的研究也逐渐成为现今就业工作研究的新热点。
The employment of graduates has always been one of the country's concern. Whether a large number of students can successfully move to their jobs is not only related to the happiness of their families, but also related to the stability of the society and the development of the motherland. Therefore, the employment of college students is not only a livelihood project,but also a popular project. With the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities, the employment pressure of graduates increases year by year. In order to alleviate this phenomenon, the government and colleges/universities have invested a lot of manpower, material resources and financial resources, and the research on employment work mode is always carried out. In recent years, with the gradual advancement of employment marketization, university employment cooperation bodies have emerged one after another, and the research on this new employment mode has gradually become a new hot spot in the current employment research.
