优化培养模式,深化课程改革——以《安全生产事故案例分析》为例

摘要
安全生产是企业发展的根本,随着注册安全工程师制度的推行,《安全生产事故案例分析》课程的受关注度将会从课堂延伸至企业管理,其重要性日增。作为案例课程教学,该课程具有现场性缺失、综合性强,知识点及其广泛、学习成果包含解决具体工程问题等特点。试点课程通过课程拆分、讨论式教学、培养"双师型"教师队伍,强化自主学习能力等进行了课程改革与创新,获得了比较良好的教学效果。
        Safety production is the foundation for enterprise development. With the implementation of registered safety engineering system, the course of Case Analysis of Safety Production Accident will gain more attention form the class to the enterprise management, with its importance increasing day by day. As a course of case teaching, this course has the features of lacking liveness, strong comprehensiveness, extremely wide scope of knowledge, study achievements including solving specific engineering problems, etc. The pilot course has been undergone curriculum reform and innovation in virtue of course splitting, discussion teaching, cultivating "double-qualified" teacher troop, strengthening autonomous learning ability, etc., achieving better teaching effect.
