观察常用金属烤瓷全冠修复前牙缺损的临床疗效

摘要
目的评价临床对前牙缺损患者给予常用金属烤瓷全冠修复的临床现实意义。方法抽选我院收治的150例前牙缺损患者,根据所选用的不同修复方法分为3组,所有患者均给予金属烤瓷全冠修复。其中甲组(n=50)应用传统金属烤瓷全冠修复,乙组(n=50)应用全瓷颈缘;丙组(n=50)应用贵金属合金。评价及对比3组的牙齿修复效果、修复不良因素。结果经随访1年,乙、丙组的牙齿修复效果优于甲组(P<0.05);修复不良因素分析结果:边缘密合性不高、冠体瓷返青、轻度牙龈炎症、牙龈边缘变暗、牙龈萎缩等。结论临床对前牙缺损患者给予传统金属烤瓷全冠修复的疗效较差,而全瓷颈缘、贵金属合金的金属烤瓷全冠修复疗效相当,且均优于传统修复法,治疗优势更大,可有效摆脱修复的不良因素。
Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of porcelain fused to metal crown restoration for patients with anterior teeth defect. Methods One hundred and fifty patients with anterior teeth defect were selected and divided into three groups according to different restoration methods. All patients were given metal porcelain crown restoration. Group A(n=50) applied traditional metal porcelain crown repair, group B(n=50) applied all-ceramic neck edge; group C(n=50) applied precious metal alloy. Evaluate and compare the dental restoration effects and repair bad factors in the 3 groups. Results After 1 year of follow-up, the dental restoration effect of group B and group C was better than that of group A(P<0.05). The results of the analysis of the adverse factors of restoration showed that the marginal cohesion was not high, the crown porcelain became blue, the gingival inflammation was mild, the gingival margin became dark, the gingival atrophy and so on. Conclusion The clinical effect of traditional metal-ceramic crowns for anterior teeth defect patients is poor, while the effect of all-ceramic cervical margin and precious metal alloy metalceramic crowns is comparable, and they are superior to traditional restoration methods. The advantages of treatment are greater, which can effectively get rid of the adverse factors of restoration.
