探讨金属烤瓷全冠修复早期隐裂保存活髓的临床疗效

摘要
目的探讨应用金属烤瓷全冠修复治疗早期隐裂牙保存活髓的临床效果。方法选取2016年8月至2018年8月就诊于本院的早期隐裂牙患者共76例(88颗牙)作为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组(38例45颗牙)和对照组(38例43颗牙),给予对照组患者常规综合治疗,实验组则采用金属烤瓷全冠修复治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果两组治疗总有效率比较,实验组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗期间、治疗后发生牙折裂、黑线、牙髓炎等不良反应概率比较,实验组均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论使用金属烤瓷全冠修复治疗早期牙隐裂效果显著,能快速缓解疼痛症状,有效保存活髓组织,安全性高,具有推广价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the application of metal-ceramic crown restoration in the preservation of the viable pulp of early cracked teeth. Methods A total of 76 patients(88 teeth) who were admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were enrolled in this study. They were randomLy divided into experimental group(38 cases with 45 teeth) and controls. The group(38 cases of 43 teeth) was given conventional comprehensive treatment in the control group, and the experimental group was treated with metal-ceramic crown restoration. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the two groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The probability of adverse reactions such as dental fracture, black line and pulpitis occurred during the treatment period and after treatment. Significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of metal porcelain crown repair has a significant effect on early cracking of the teeth, can quickly relieve pain symptoms, effectively preserve the pulp tissue, and has high safety and promotion value.
