Locator附着体种植覆盖义齿的临床应用

摘要
随着口腔种植学以及修复学的不断发展,近十余年来,种植覆盖义齿被广泛应用于无牙颌的修复,常用的附着体包括球帽式附着体、杆卡式附着体、弹性附着体、磁性附着体等。其中Locator作为一种弹性附着体,具有技术门槛低,加工工艺简单,便于维护等优点。对于无牙颌患者,一般单颌植入2～4枚种植体即可使用Locator附着体达到良好的修复效果,其临床应用的优越性也得到了体外及临床实验结果的肯定。本文就Locator附着体种植覆盖义齿的临床应用作一综述。
