高血压病史与高血压状态对急性冠状动脉综合征患者预后的影响

高血压是公认的冠心病主要危险因素之一,在影响冠心病发病率的同时,高血压也影响着冠心病患者的预后。然而,一旦发生急性冠状动脉综合征,合并高血压状态的患者预后是否一定不佳,目前尚无定论。近年来研究数据显示,高血压病史与高血压状态对急性冠状动脉综合征患者预后有正反两方面不同的复杂影响。本文就近年来高血压病史与高血压状态对急性冠状动脉综合征患者预后影响相关的研究加以综述。
Hypertension is considered as one of the major risk factors for coronary heart disease(CHD). The risk of CHD is 2-5 times higher in patients with hypertension in past medical history(PMH)than those with normal blood pressure. Hypertension affect the incidence and prognosis of CHD. However, it is still controversial that acute coronary syndrome(ACS) patients with hypertensive status have poor outcomes. In recent years, research data show that hypertensive PMH and hypertensive status have a complex impact on the prognosis of ACS. This article will review the recent studies about hypertensive PMH and hypertensive status on the prognosis of ACS. It is aimed to provide helpful information of the optimal treatment and further study idea for ACS patients with hypertension.
