冠状动脉CT血管成像在老年患者中早期筛查应用

摘要
目的探讨冠状动脉CT血管成像(CCTA)应用于老年患者的检查技术要点,分析老年患者CCTA的图像质量及患病情况。方法对189例老年患者的CCTA进行图像质量评价、冠状动脉狭窄程度判断、斑块性质的判断。结果 189例图像质量均为Ⅰ~Ⅲ级,符合诊断要求。112例冠状动脉存在不同程度斑块形成、管腔狭窄,检出率59.3%。493段冠状动脉狭窄,其中轻度狭窄262段,中度狭窄178段,重度狭窄53段,完全闭塞1段。结论针对老年患者采取相应措施可获得良好的CCTA图像满足诊断;与侵入性冠状动脉造影(ICA)相比,CCTA更适用于大量门诊老年患者的早期筛查。
