摘要
为研究西北大型沼气发电工程实际运行效果,以兰州荷斯坦奶牛繁育中心沼气发电工程为例,分析了该工程9年运行期内的系统工艺可行性、冬季运行的稳定性、系统的经济性和节能环保性等性能,总结了系统运行过程中存在的问题。结果表明:系统的工艺设计符合该工程在初始阶段的实际应用,9年运行期内系统基本能够稳定运行,具有可推广性;累计收益239.1万元,节省标煤1724吨,减少CO_2排放4211吨;政策扶持力度不够、工程配套装备质量差和运行管理不规范等因素是造成工程后期运行效果差、综合效益没有最大化以及企业主体缺乏积极性的关键原因。该研究结果对大中型沼气发电工程的推广应用有重要指导意义。
        In order to study the actual performance of northwest large biogas power generation project,taking the Lanzhou Holstein dairy cattle breeding center as a example,technological feasibility,winter running stability,economic performance,energy conservation and environmental protection of the system in the past nine years were analyzed,existing problems were summarized. The results showed that the system was basically operated steadily during the nine years' operation.The project obtained total revenue of 2. 391 million yuan,saved standard coal of 1724 tons,and reduced CO_2 emissions of4211 tons. But the late running period met the problem of not enough policy support,poor quality of engineering equipment,and weak operation management,causing the poor running effect,and could not achieve maximum comprehensive benefit.
