某矿井水水源热泵系统的冬季运行性能及经济性分析

摘要
为进一步提高矿井水的开发和利用效率,以某矿区为例,采用矿井水水源热泵技术来提供煤矿工业区的供暖和制冷、生活热水和井口防冻的需求。笔者通过实地测试,掌握了该系统的实际运行数据和运行效果。结果表明,矿井水出水温度的变化范围为14.25~15.75℃,平均涌水量为1 767 m~3/h。当热负荷比ε=0.69时,热泵系统的COP最高值为4.04;当ε>0.69时,COP略有下降;测试期间其平均值3.68。矿井水源热泵系统与锅炉供热系统相比,每年可节省运行费用381.3万元,经济效益显著。本文旨在抛砖引玉,为今后类似技术的应用提供一定的参考。
        In order to promote the development and utilization of mine water,a mine lot is set as an example to use the technology of mine water source heat pump( MWSHP) to supply the heating and cooling of industrial area,domestic hot water and wellhead antifreeze load. In this paper,the author collected the operating data and performance of the system by field test. The results show that the temperature of outlet water ranges from 14. 25 ℃to 15. 75 ℃ and the average flow rate is 1 767 m~3/h. When the load ratio ε is 0. 69,the maximum value of COP is 4. 04. While the ε is higher than 0. 69,COP decreased slightly and the average value is 3. 68 during the test period. Compared with the boiler heating system,the annual saving costs of MWSHP is 3. 813 million yuan. The economic efficiency is significant. The purpose of this paper is to provide some reference for the application of similar technologies in the future.
