香草酸对大鼠膀胱感染性结石的干预研究

<正>感染性结石(struvite calculus),是由产生脲酶的微生物感染所引起的结石,通常是细菌所致,最常见的是变形杆菌属、克雷伯杆菌属、假单胞菌属和葡萄球菌属,其成分主要由磷酸镁铵和碳磷灰石组成~([1]);发病率约占尿路结石总体的15%~([2]),手术治疗残石率高,容易复发。Torzewska和Rozalski~([3])通过体外实验研究香草酸(vanillic acid)等11种酚类化合物
