摘要
研究了菌丝生理成熟期不同温度(17、20、23、26、29℃)和光质(红、白、蓝、黄)对白灵侧耳(Pleurotus nebrodensis)生长的影响。结果表明:随着处理温度的增加,出菇率、产量逐渐下降,菌盖直径逐渐减小,其中17℃时出菇率96%,平均每瓶子实体产量201.91 g,菌柄平均直径11.95 cm,商品性状最佳;在菌丝生理成熟期不同颜色的光照显著影响白灵侧耳的出菇率、菇蕾数量、现蕾时间和菌柄长,其中白光处理的出菇率最高为93%,红光处理的出菇率最低为67%,黄光处理的菇蕾数量最多,蓝光处理的菇蕾数量最少,白光、蓝光和黑暗处理的现蕾时间均为8 d,红光处理的现蕾时间为最长为10 d。实验结果为工厂化生产中白灵侧耳生理成熟期的环境控制提供了科学参考。
        Effects of temperature(17 ℃, 20 ℃, 23 ℃, 26 ℃, 29 ℃) and light quality(red, white, blue,yellow) on growth of Pleurotus nebrodensis(strain CAAA50869) during the mycelium physiological maturity period(MPMP) were studied. The results showed that fruiting rate, yield of per bottle and pileus diameter decreased as temperature during MPMP increased. Fruiting body quality was best at 17 ℃ with the highest per bottle yield of 201. 91 g/bottle and stipe diameter of 11. 95 cm. Light quality also had a significant impact on fruiting rate, number of primordium per bottle, duration of primordium formation time and stipe length. The highest fruiting rate was 93% under white light treatment, while the lowest fruiting rate was67% under red light treatment. Yellow light treatment resulted in the greatest number of primordium per bottle whereas blue light treatment resulted in the least number of primordium per bottle. The duration of primordium formation time under white light, blue light and darkness treatment was 8 days, while that under red light treatment was 10 days. These results provided scientific references for environmental control in factory production of P. nebrodensis.
