摘要
环保型示踪相关测井技术利用1.9×10~6Bq低活度~(137)Cs-~(137m)Ba发生器在井下制备2.55min短半衰期的放射性液体示踪剂,获得连续或定点示踪相关测井资料。为评价该测井技术的安全性和适用性,开展室内实验和现场试验。在离测井仪0.2、1m和2m处,测量的辐射剂量当量率分别为6.78、0.61μSv/h和0.21μSv/h,这仅相当于传统示踪相关测井仪相应值的2.8%~12.2%。环保型液体示踪剂的强度、跟随性和扩散性满足测井要求。在常规注入井油管中和套管中实验显示,其流量测量范围分别覆盖0.5~70m~3/d和3~200m~3/d,校正后流量的精度分别达到1.7%和4.8%。现场应用取得了较好的测井效果,证明该技术适用于笼统注入井和射孔层位与配水器距离小于1.1倍配注流量的分层注入井,与同位素微球载体测井相比测井时效高,测井资料能准确反映各小层吸水状况。
        The environment-friendly tracer-related logging technology uses low-activity(1.9×10~6 Bq)~(137)Cs-~(137 m)Ba generators to stimulate short-lived(2.55 min)radioactive liquid tracers downhole to obtain continuous or fixed-point trace logging data.In order to evaluate the safety and applicability of this technology,laboratory experiments and field tests were conducted in this paper.The radiation dose equivalent rates measured at 0.2 m,1 mand 2 mfrom the logging tool are 6.78μSv/h,0.61μSv/h and 0.21μSv/h respectively,which are equivalent to 2.8%~12.2%of the corresponding value of the traditional tracer logging tool.So,the environmental-friendly liquid tracer meets the requirements of logging for its strength,followability and diffusion.Moreover,experiments in conventional injection well tubing and casing shown that the measurement ranges of flow are 0.5~70 m~3/d and 3~200 m~3/d respectively,and the accuracy of flow after correction can reach to 1.7 % and 4.8%,respectively.The field tests have achieved good logging results and proved that this technique is suitable for general injection wells and separate-zone injection wells(the distance between perforation layer and the water distributor must be less than 1.1 times of the injection flowrate).Moreover,this logging technology is more effective than traditional logging with isotopic microsphere carriers,and its logging data can accurately reflect the water in-taken of each small layer.This is no doubt that this technology has good application prospects.
