面向文化旅游的特色小城镇发展路径探索——以柞水县营盘镇为例

摘要
陕南小城镇数量多,分布广,是城市和乡村的连接纽带,是新时期新型城镇化的重要载体。这些城镇自然环境独特、人文历史深厚,如何在新型城镇化的发展过程中抓住特色、突出地域文化、彰显历史内涵,实现城镇生态、社会、经济的共赢发展是一个现实问题。通过对该地区城镇特色的分析,结合当前特色小城建设的思路,提出陕南地区的小城镇应该以发展文化旅游为导向。笔者认为应根据旅游资源的富集程度采取分类引导的方式,提出文化旅游型城镇的发展路径和分类发展模式,最后以柞水县营盘镇为例,从特色定位、城镇空间布局、产业发展等角度出发探讨面向文化旅游的特色小城镇发展路径。
Small towns in southern shaanxi have a large number and a wide distribution, which is the link between urban and rural areas and an important carrier of new urbanization in the new era. These towns have a unique natural environment and a profound cultural and cultural history. Therefore, it is a practical problem to grasp the characteristics, highlight regional culture, highlight historical connotation and realize the win-win development of urban ecology, society and economy in the course of the development of new urbanization. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the towns in this region and the current ideas of constructing characteristic small cities, this paper puts forward that small towns in southern shaanxi should be guided by the development of cultural tourism. The author thinks that should be adopted depending on the degree of enrichment of tourist resources classification guide way, puts forward the development path and the classification of urban cultural tourism development model, and final y to brake ZhaShui county town as an example, the characteristic orientation, urban space layout, industry such as perspective to explore characteristic of small towns development path for cultural tourism.
