经椎弓根椎体内植骨加钉棒系统内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折效果观察

摘要
目的:观察经椎弓根椎体内植骨加钉棒系统内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的疗效。方法:选取胸腰椎骨折患者68例,分为常规组34例和试验组34例。常规组采用传统开放后路减压椎弓根螺钉复位内固定术治疗,试验组采用经椎弓根椎体内植骨加钉棒系统内固定治疗。对比并分析两组床疗效。结果:试验组治疗有效率为94. 12%,明显高于常规组的61. 76%(P <0. 05)。结论:经椎弓根椎体内植骨加钉棒系统内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折效果显著,可推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of internal fixation of thoracic and lumbar vertebrae by internal fixation of vertebral pedicle vertebral body grafting and screw rod system. Method The study consisted of 68 patients with thoracolumbar fractures received and treated in our hospital. They were divided into conventional group and experimental group. The conventional group was treated with conventional open posterior decompression and pedicle screw fixation and internal fixation. The experimental group was treated with transpedicular vertebral body grafting and nailing system internal fixation. After the analysis of clinical efficacy. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 94. 12%,which was significantly higher than 61. 76% of the conventional group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The treatment of thoracolumbar vertebral fractures with pedicle vertebral body grafting and screw fixation is effective and can be used widely.
