依法治校背景下大学生网瘾规制的路径研究

摘要
大学生的网瘾问题在高校中普遍存在,是当今高校治理契需解决的重要问题。本文以依法治国理念为指引,通过对网瘾的界定、特征、危害等进行研究,分析网瘾问题背后所体现出的高校治理问题,进而从依法治校的角度出发寻求大学生网瘾规制的有效途径。
The problem of college students' internet addiction is prevalent in universities. It is an important issue that the current university governance needs to solve. Guided by the concept of governing the country according to law, this article studies the definition, characteristics and harms of Internet addiction, analyzing the problems of college governance which is reflected from the Internet addiction. At last, it seeks effective ways to regulate college students' Internet addiction from the perspective of managing the school according to law.
