摘要

智能物流是现代物流发展的必然趋势。文章首先从物流行业发展背景分析我国物流市场巨大,重点问题就是提高效率,降低成本,必须发展智能物流;其次对智能物流的概念和目前的发展现状进行界定,并提出智能物流的人才需求问题;最后主要从学校层面解释分析如何更好地培养与发展智能物流人才。
        The intelligent logistics as the inevitable trend of modern logistics development, this paper from the logistics industry development background analysis of China's logistics market is huge, the key problem is to improve efficiency, reduce costs only developing intelligent logistics. Secondly, the concept of intelligent logistics and current development status are defined, and the talent demand of intelligent logistics is put forward. Finally, it mainly explains how to train and develop intelligent logistics talents from school level.
