摘要
通过对高矿物质岩沥青的沥青含量和颗粒组成进行分析,其沥青含量为25%,颗粒级配与矿粉接近。在进行级配设计过程中应考虑因素对级配的影响,需对级配设计及沥青用量进行优化,根据体积等效的原则,得出布敦岩沥青中所含的沥青成分及有机不溶物成分可以等效替代部分基质沥青及矿粉用量。通过对不同掺量的布敦岩沥青混合料路用性能进行评价,得出掺量(外掺)3%时各指标均满足要求,高温性能提高显著,低温和水稳定性有一定程度的提高,建议在布敦岩沥青混合料施工中可以加入部分石灰替代矿粉,提高混合料水稳定性。
        By analyzing the asphalt content and particle composition of the high-mineral rock asphalt,the asphalt content is 25%,and the particle gradation is close to the ore powder. In the process of grading design,the influence of the above factors on the grading should be considered.The gradation design and the amount of asphalt should be optimized.According to the principle of volume equivalent,the asphalt components and organic insolubles in the Budun rock asphalt are obtained. The composition of the material can be equivalently substituted for part ofthe matrix asphalt and the amount of mineral powder. By evaluating the performance of Budeng asphalt mixture with different dosages,it is found that all indexes meet the requirements when the dosage(external blending) is 3%,the high temperature performance is improved significantly,and the low temperature and water stability are improved to some extent.It is suggested that part of the lime can be added to the ore powder in the construction of the Budun rock asphalt mixture to improve the water stability of the mixture.
