摘要
为了推进广大高校工作室基于"产教学研创"五位一体运行模式的改革与建设。研究团队采用现场参访与电话咨询的方法,展开了为期三年的普通高校艺术设计人才培养现状抽样调查研究,调查的范围为成都、武汉、长沙、广州、杭州等中南部地区五个城市,每一座城市选取5所设置有设计工作室的普通高校和5家设计企业。诸多院校艺术设计人才培养停滞不前,特色不明显,工作室内涵肤浅,实践教学内容单一,学校对工作室的定位不太清晰,导致以工作室为载体的人才培养模式弊端不断显现,不能满足当前行业发展对创新性人才的需要。创新能力和综合素养是工作室艺术设计人才培养的重心,工作室内涵及评价体系建设是未来普通高校应该予以高度重视的课题,艺术设计人才培养改革即将成为新一波的热潮。
In order to promote the Reform and Construction of the Five-in-one Operation Mode based on "production, Teaching, Research and creation" in the Studios of Colleges and Universities.This paper analyzes the present situation of the training of design talents in our country, the main misunderstandings of the cultivation of talents in the studio, and so on.Innovation ability and comprehensive accomplishment are the focus of talent training in studio art design. The connotation of studio and the construction of evaluation system are the topics that should be highly valued by colleges and universities in the future. The reform of talent training in art and design is about to become a new wave of upsurge.
