摘要
选取牛龄、产奶量、生理状况、体重和泌乳天数基本相同,且无病的荷斯坦奶牛45头,将其随机分为5组(每组9头),在日粮中添加不同量的当年刈割并贮存的紫花苜蓿干草(其中粗蛋白质含量为16.9%,中性洗涤纤维含量为41.3%,酸性洗涤纤维含量为31.8%,产奶净能为7.5 MJ/kg)进行饲喂,并定期测定奶牛产奶量、乳成分、消化率,同时测定各试验组的经济效益。结果表明:在日粮中添加苜蓿干草,能提高奶牛产奶量,增加牛乳中乳蛋白率、非脂固形物含量,提高消化率和产量,降低养殖成本,最终提高养殖效益。
        A total of 45 healthy Holstein cows were selected,whose age,milk yield,physiological status,body weight and days in milk were similar.These cows were randomly assigned to five groups(each group of 9).An adding different amount of alfalfa hay that was harvested and stored at that time to the daily diet for feeding.The crude protein concentration was 16.9%,the neutral detergent fiber was 41.3%,the acid detergent fiber was 31.8% and net energy for lactation concentration was 7.5 MJ/kg.The milk yield,milk composition and digestibility of dairy cows were measured regularly and the economic benefit of each experimental group was determined.The results were as follows:the milk yield,milk protein content,non-fat milk solid content,digestibility and production were significantly higher,as well as the cost of breeding was reduced.Diets containing alfalfa could greatly increase the economic benefit.
