摘要

冯晓纯教授认为,食积是小儿时期常见的脾系疾病,是由小儿的生理、病理特点所决定,食积可引发多种疾病,儿科疾病亦可多伴有食积症状。如食积而化肺热易产生"食积肺热",阴阳失衡而多发小儿疾病。临证在治疗感冒、咳嗽、哮咳、哮喘、便秘、紫癜等小儿常见病中,常以"清热化积"为其治疗大法,从食积论治小儿常见疾病,每获良效。
        Professor FENG Xiaochun believes that lung heat caused by indigestion will result in the imbalance of yin and yang,which is the source of many children diseases. Therefore,in the clinical treatment of cold,cough,Cough Variant Asthma( CVA),asthma,constipation,purpura and other common diseases in children,Professor FENG adopts the method of "clearing heat and dissipating indigestion"using the indigestion theory,which has a significant clinical effect.
