高NDV抗体水平下种鸡场新城疫自净化技术的初步研究

摘要
为探索高NDV抗体水平下新城疫自净化技术,评估在新城疫净化状态下的鸡群生产性能及经济效益,针对某大型养鸡场的A5、B5两栋鸡舍,通过加大免疫密度和提高免疫剂量,逐步提高NDV抗体水平,在开产前建立了高NDV抗体水平鸡群。对两组鸡群整个生产过程的排毒情况进行跟踪检测,统计鸡群整个生产过程的产蛋率、死淘率等情况,估算净化效益。结果显示,实际生产中,在良好的饲养管理基础上,提高NDV HI抗体水平到12log2以上,可达到完全保护;建立的高NDV抗体水平种鸡群,B5舍在34周龄基本达到净化状态,A5舍在38周龄后达到净化状态,实现了新城疫的自净化;达到完全净化状态的种鸡群,可增加经济效益约为161 420元/万只。
        To explore Newcastle disease self-purification technology under high antibody levels,evaluate the production performance and economic benefits of chickens under conditions of Newcastle disease purification,for the A5 and B5 chicken houses of a large chicken farm,the antibody levels were gradually increased by increasing the immune density and increasing the immunization dose,and high antibody levels were established before the start of production.The virus excretion status of the whole group of chickens during the entire production process was tracked and tested.The egg production rate,death elimination rate during the entire production process of the chickens were counted,and the purification efficiency was estimated.The results showed that based on good feeding and management,raising the HI antibody level to 12 log2 above may reach the full protection state.The establishment of high antibody level breed in B5 house in 34 weeks of age basically reached the purification state,and the A5 house in 38 weeks after the purification achieved the Newcastle disease self-purification.10 000 chickens reached a fully purified state can increase economic efficiency by about 161 420 yuan.
