层级护理在产科新生儿护理风险管理中的作用

摘要
目的探讨层级护理在产科新生儿护理风险管理中的作用。方法产科400例足月新生儿,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组200例。对照组给予常规护理;观察组给予层级护理,比较2组新生儿Apgar评分、低血糖、黄疸、转诊率、听力筛查通过率。结果观察组新生儿转诊率、低血糖及黄疸发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),Apgar评分及听力筛查通过率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在产科应用层级护理提高了新生儿生命质量。
Objective To explore the role of hierarchical nursing in risk management of neonatal nursing in department of obstetrics.Methods A total of 400 full-term newborn infants in department of obstetrics of our hospital from August to December 2018 were randomly divided into observation group(n=200) and control group(n=200).observation group(n=200).The neonates in control group were given routine nursing,however,the neonates in observation group were given hierarchical nursing.The Apgar score,hypoglycemia,jaundice,transfer treatment rate and pass rate of hearing screening were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The transfer treatment rate,the incidence rates of hypoglycemia and jaundice in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,however,the Apgar scores and passing rate of hearing screening in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of hierarchical nursing in department of obstetrics can improve the life quality of neonates.
