摘要
为了探讨白藜芦醇的免疫增强作用。分离小鼠脾淋巴细胞,设空白对照组、阳性对照组及10、20、40和80μg/mL白藜芦醇组,采用ELISA法检测白藜芦醇对淋巴细胞分泌IL-3、IL-4、IL-12和IFN-γ细胞因子的影响。结果,白藜芦醇能诱导脾淋巴细胞IL-3、IL-4、IL-12和IFN-γ细胞因子的分泌。表明白藜芦醇可通过促进淋巴细胞细胞因子的分泌,来提高淋巴细胞的免疫功能。
        To set up a blank control group, a positive control group, 10, 20, 40, and 80 ug/mL of resveratrol, and use ELISA to detect the effects of resveratrol on the lymphocytes to produce il-3, il-4, il-12, and IFN-gamma cytokines. As a result, resveratrol can induce the spleen lym‐phocytes IL-3, IL-4, IL-12 and IFN-gamma the secretion of cytokines. It is suggest that resvera‐trol can enhance lymphocyte immunity by promoting that secretion of cytokine in lymphocytes.
