摘要
鉴于目前地方高校应用型德语人才培养与社会需求之间存在的脱节现象,运用实证法从教师、学生和企业三方视角对我国地方高校应用型德语人才培养现状进行调查,基于语言基本知识与技能、实践与创新能力培养和职场规划三个方面的调查数据分析,提出德语人才培养的三点建议:以市场需求为导向,科学规划德语人才培养目标;以就业为驱动,明确构建"德语+"应用型人才培养模式;以社会第三方评价为依据,合理制定应用型人才培养质量评价标准。
        In view of the existing disjointed phenomenon between the training of application-oriented German talents in local universities and the social demands, the investigation on the situation of application-oriented German talents cultivation of local universities from perspectives of teacher, student and enterprise. Based on the analysis of survey data of basic linguistic knowledge and skills, cultivation of practical and innovative ability as well as career planning, three suggestions are made for German talents training: The first is to take market demands as the direction to make a scientific planning for the targets of German talents training; the second is to regard the employment as the driver to clearly build the training mode for "German+" applied talents, and the third is to take the third-party evaluation of the society as evidence to develop legitimately the evaluation criteria for the training quality of applied talents.
