舒适护理在有创机械通气治疗ICU呼吸衰竭患者中的效果

摘要
目的探析ICU呼吸衰竭有创机械通气患者中舒适护理干预的应用效果。方法在2016年3月—2018年7月我院接收的行有创机械通气的ICU呼吸衰竭患者中选取82例为研究对象,根据数字随机法分设组别。对照组41例患者应用常规护理模式干预,研究组41例患者在对照组的基础上,应用舒适护理模式干预。观察经不同护理模式后患者的呼吸功能情况。结果研究组的呼吸功能改善情况高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论将舒适护理干预用于ICU呼吸衰竭有创机械通气患者中,能有效改善患者的呼吸功能。
Objective To explore the effect of comfortable nursing intervention in patients with respiratory failure and invasive mechanical ventilation in ICU. Methods 82 patients with respiratory failure in ICU receiving invasive mechanical ventilation in our hospital from March 2016 to July 2018 were selected as the study subjects and divided into groups according to the digital random method. 41 patients in the control group were intervened by routine nursing mode, while 41 patients in the study group were intervened by comfort nursing mode on the basis of the control group. To observe the respiratory function of patients after different nursing modes. Results The improvement of respiratory function in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Comfort nursing intervention can effectively improve the respiratory function ofpatients with respiratory failure and invasive mechanical ventilation in ICU.
