浅谈医院护理服务文化

摘要
护理文化的普及进一步体现了在医院临床治疗工作中对于现代护理的发展要求,只有顺应医学模式转变与患者高层次健康护理需求,才能促进和谐医院的进步与发展。医院应通过完善护理文化硬环境、健全护理制度文化、提升护理服务质量、开展护理培训及文化活动等方式培育优良的护理文化,提倡"以人为本"的护理服务理念,提升护理精神文化,最终提高护理人员整体素质,展现当代护士形象。
The popularity of nursing culture further embodies the development requirements for modern nursing in the clinical treatment of hospitals. Only by adapting to the transformation of medical models and the needs of high-level health care for patients can the progress and development of harmonious hospitals be promoted. The hospital should cultivate excellent nursing culture by perfecting the hard environment of nursing culture, improving the culture of nursing system, improving the quality of nursing services, carrying out nursing training and cultural activities, promoting the concept of "people-oriented" nursing service, enhancing the spiritual culture of nursing, and finally improving nursing. The overall quality of the staff, showing the image of contemporary nurses.
