摘要
为了研究葡萄籽提取物原花青素(GSPE)对奶牛肝脏、肾脏功能的影响,试验选取16头奶牛,按完全随机设计分成G0组(对照组)、G20组、G40组和G80组,分别按体重灌服GSPE 0,20,40,80 mg/(kg·d),每隔24 h灌服1次,持续168 h,于0(灌服前),3,6,12,24,48,72,96,120,144,168小时采血检测白蛋白(ALB)、总蛋白(TP)、球蛋白(GLOB)、尿素氮(BUN)、尿酸(UA)含量和丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)活性。结果表明:120小时,G20组ALB(估计值=4.173 9,P=0.036 1)和BUN(估计值=1.625 0,P=0.047 8)显著高于对照组,而G40组、G80组BUN均与对照组无显著差异。G20组、G40组和G80组ALT、AST、GGT、GLOB、TP和UA与对照组均无显著差异。说明按体重灌服GSPE 20~80 mg/(kg·d)对奶牛肝脏、肾脏功能指标(除BUN不确定外)未见明显不利影响。
        A study was conducted to research the effects of grape seed proanthocyanidin extract( GSPE) on liver and kidney function of Holstein cattle. A completely randomized design were used and 16 cows were assigned to four groups( G0,G20,G40,and G80) and supplied each group with four different doses of GSPE: 0,20,40,and 80 mg GSPE/( kg·d). Gastric lavage technique was used every 24 hours,persisted a period of 168 hours. Blood samples were collected at 0( before drenching),3,6,12,24,48,72,96,120,144,168 h,the parameters of liver and kidney function were measured,included albumin( ALB),total protein( TP),globulin( GLOB),blood urea nitrogen( BUN),uric acid( UA),alanine aminotransferase( ALT),aspartate aminotransferase( AST),gamma glutamyl transferase( GGT). The results showed that the concentrations of ALB( Estimate = 4.173 9,P = 0.036 1) and BUN( Estimate = 1.625 0,P = 0.047 8) of G20 were significantly higher than G0,the concentrations of BUN of G40 and G80 manifested no significant difference compared with G0 at 120 hours. The concentrations of ALT,AST,GGT,GLOB,TP and UA in G20,G40 and G80 manifested no significant difference compared with G0. It was concluded that GSPE 20 ~ 80 mg GSPE/( kg·d) manifested no side effect to liver and renal function( except of BUN unclear) in this experiment.
