摘要
施工阶段是EPC工程总承包项目价值形成的重要环节,是价值活动最复杂多变、管理难度最棘手的核心阶段。将价值链概念应用于EPC项目,基于项目价值增值,识别出EPC项目施工阶段的主要影响因素并采用调查问卷的形式建立价值增值效益评价指标体系。结合AHP法及熵权法构建组合赋权模型,并基于组合权重构建多级模糊综合评判模型,从而得到增值效益评价结果。最后通过实例验证了模型的有效性,为实现EPC项目价值增值提供借鉴。
        Absrtact: The construction stage is an important link in the formation of the value of the general contracting project of EPC. It is the core stage of the most complex and changeable value activities and the most difficult management. The value chain concept is applied to EPC project. Based on the value added of the project,the main influencing factors in the construction phase of the EPC project are identified,and the evaluation index system of the value-added benefit is formed,and the reliability and validity of the data in the questionnaire are tested. Combined with the AHP method and entropy weight method,the combined weight model is constructed,and the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is constructed based on the combined weight, and the evaluation results of value-added benefit are obtained. The validity of the model is verified by an example to realize the construction of EPC project. The stage value increment provides the reference.
