正确认识胆固醇

摘要
心脑血管病已经成为威胁我国人民健康的首要疾病,而胆固醇也因被认为是主要诱因而广为人知。但大多数人由于对胆固醇的认识不够而视其为"毒药",所以本文通过对胆固醇的合成、功能、类型等方面进行阐述,让更多的人们能够正确地认识胆固醇,保持合理的摄入量,促进身体健康。
Cardiovascular disease has become a primary disease that threatens people's health,and cholesterol is widely known as the main cause.But most people see it as a "poison" because they lack sufficient awareness about cholesterol.Therefore,this paper elaborates the synthesis,function and type of cholesterol,so that more people can correctly understand cholesterol,maintain reasonable intake and promote physical health.
