摘要
目的分析及探讨将微信公众号应用于本科生临床课程教学中的可行性及优势。方法通过问卷调查,了解进入临床阶段学习的本科生微信使用及公众号关注情况,了解其对医学公众号诉求。结果全部受访学生均使用微信(n=112),其中一半以上关注了3~5个医学相关的微信公众号(n=65)。有42%的学生对于进入临床阶段学习后有相关微信公众号帮助学习有较高或很高的期望值(n=47),但仅有12%的学生认为目前医学公众号对临床学习作用较大(n=14)。结论将微信公众号应用于临床课程教学中的可行性及优势明显,而如何进行微信公众平台的设计及内容推送将成为公众号成功运营的关键。
        Objective To analyze and discuss the feasibility and advantage of applying WeChat public platform to the clinical course teaching of undergraduates.Methods Through the questionnaire survey,to understand the use of WeChat and the following of public platform of undergraduates who entry into the stage of clinical course learning,and to understand their demand to medical-related WeChat public platform.Results All students interviewed are using WeChat(n=112),more than half of which are following 3to 5medical-related WeChat public platform(n=65).42% of the students have a high or higher expectation(n=47)after entering the stage of clinical course learning,but only 12%of the students believe that the current medical-related WeChat public platforms have a great effect on clinical course learning(n=14).Conclusion The feasibility and advantage of applying WeChat public platform to the teaching of clinical courses are obvious.How to design and push the contents of the public platform will become the key to the successful operation of the public platform.
