复发性老年人EBV阳性弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤1例报道
摘要
<正>EB病毒(epstein-barr,EBV)广泛存在人群中,尤其是>90%的中国人群存在EB病毒终生潜伏感染~([1])。研究证明,EBV与许多肿瘤的发生、发展关系密切,如鼻咽癌和淋巴瘤等。目前认为,EBV与不同类型的淋巴瘤的发生发展都有一定的关系。老年人EBV阳性的弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤(diffuse large B cell lymphoma,DLBCl)是一种特殊类型的DLBCL,与EBV关系尤为密切,WHO(2008)淋巴与
