缬沙坦联合肾炎康复片治疗肾小球肾炎蛋白尿的疗效

摘要
目的探析缬沙坦联合肾炎康复片治疗肾小球肾炎蛋白尿的疗效。方法选取2017年2月至2018年4月我院收治的84例肾小球肾炎蛋白尿患者为主要研究对象,采用随机分配的原则进行分组,每组42例。对照组给予缬沙坦治疗,观察组接受缬沙坦联合肾炎康复片治疗,对两组的治疗效果进行分析。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.24%,对照组为80.95%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经治疗后,两组患者的24 h尿蛋白水平、肌酐水平较治疗前相比均有显著改善,且观察组明显优于对照组,两组有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组治疗期间的不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义。结论在肾小球肾炎蛋白尿的临床治疗上,采用缬沙坦联合肾炎康复片治疗可获得理想效果,改善患者的生化指标,且治疗安全性高,故值得进一步推广应用。
Objective To explore the curative effect of valsartan combined with nephritis rehabilitation tablet on glomerulonephritis proteinuria.Methods 84 cases of glomerulonephritis proteinuria in our hospital in February 2017～2018 and April were selected as the main research subjects,and the principle of random distribution was divided into groups of 42 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with valsartan,and the observation group received valsartan combined with nephritis rehabilitation tablets.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.24%,the control group was 80.95%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of 24 h urine protein and creatinine in the two groups were significantly improved,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group,and the two groups had significant differences(P<0.05);two There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion In the clinical treatment of glomerulonephritis proteinuria,the treatment of valsartan combined with nephritis rehabilitation tablets can achieve the ideal effect,improve the biochemical indexes of the patients,and have high treatment safety,so it is worthy of further application.
