摘要
通过选取实际工程结构中的1×7结构钢绞线索进行断裂冲击试验,拟获得对应的索力时程曲线以及钢绞线索的断裂现象和失效机理,并为冲击响应谱的计算作铺垫.首先通过对无损钢绞线索进行动态拉伸,得到钢绞线索的断索情况以及对应的索力值,并计算出每根钢绞线索的失效时间,再将失效时间作为谱分析中的冲击持时,计算冲击响应谱.最终得到了5根钢绞线索的断裂过程以及相应的断索参数.结果表明钢绞线索的失效时间不随外在条件的改变而改变,但失效时间对最大位移反应谱有较大影响,而对断索冲击响应谱几乎不产生影响.
        In this paper,the 1 × 7 structural steel strands used in engineering structure,have been selected for the fracture shock test to obtain the corresponding time-history curves of the cable force,as well as the fracture phenomena and failure mechanism of the steel strand,which finally paves the way for calculating the shock response spectrum. Firstly,five undamaged steel strands were tested under dynamic tension to measure the cable force value and calculate the failure response. Secondly,the failure time of each steel strand was calculated.Thirdly,the failure time was carried into the impact procedure for the shock response spectrum analysis. Finally,the rupture process of five steel strands and its corresponding parameters were obtained. The results show that the failure time of the steel strands does not change with the external conditions,but the failure time has a great influence on the maximum displacement response spectrum and less influence on the shock response spectrum.
