摘要
针对观天厂铜矿倾斜薄矿体回采时采场出矿的疑难问题,对开采工作线沿矿体倾斜下向推进的原采矿方案改进为沿矿体伪倾斜面向上阶梯式回采的优化采矿方案;介绍了倾斜矿体沿伪倾斜面布置采场时,采场伪倾斜面与矿体走向之间夹角的确定方法;并在矿山进行了实践和推广运用。结果表明:该采矿工艺可将凿岩、支护和运搬3个工序同时进行作业,可大幅提高采矿效率,确保采场出矿的安全性,减少采准工程量,采矿成本降低了14.1元/t,具有较高的实用价值与经济效益。
        Aiming at the problems existing in ore drawing of inclined thin orebody in Guantianchang copper mine,the original mining scheme with stoping downward along the inclined orebody was transformed into the optimized mining scheme with stepped stoping upward along the pseudo inclined plane.The method of determining the angle between the pseudo inclined plane and the direction of ore body was introduced when the stope was arranged along the pseudo inclined plane; This method was practically applied in mines.The results showed that the optimized mining process simultaneously jointed drilling with supporting and handling processes.So it can greatly improve the mining efficiency,ensure the safety of the mine stope,reduce mining engineering quantity,and lowered the mining cost by 14.1 yuan/t,with higher practical value and economic benefit.
