摘要
在云南文山某铜矿矿体群开采设计过程中,通过对各矿体通风网络进行真三维解算,从全局的角度来确定矿山通风系统方案。在对I号矿体下部区段开采设计过程中,提出了一翼回风和两翼回风的抽出式机械通风系统。通过对两个方案进行网络解算和技术经济比较,结果表明,方案2 (一翼回风)比方案1 (两翼回风)节约通风费用276. 18万元,建议矿山采用方案2作为矿山的通风系统。对中小型复杂矿体群通风系统优化设计思路及成果,可为类似矿山生产提供参考。
In the process of mining design of a copper ore group in Wenshan in Yunnan Province of China,we determined the mine ventilation system plan from a global perspective based on the true threedimensional solution to the ventilation network for each ore body in the group. We proposed a pull-out mechanical ventilation system with one wing return air and that with two wings return air in the process of designing the lower section of the No. 1 ore body. Through network solution and technical and economic comparison of the two schemes,the results showed that scheme 2( namely,the ventilation system with one wing return air) saved the ventilation cost of 2 761 800 yuan than scheme 1( the ventilation system with two wings return),so it is recommended that mine use scheme 2 as the mine ventilation system. In this paper,the optimized design ideas and results of the ventilation system for small and medium-sized complex ore bodies can provide reference for similar mine production.
