摘要
实验测定了生产中使用的钒钛烧结矿与普通烧结矿的冶金性能,研究结果表明:在还原性能方面,钒钛烧结矿比普通烧结矿低温还原粉化性差;钒钛烧结矿的中温还原性、高温还原性均比普通烧结矿差;在软化熔融性能方面,钒钛烧结矿软化开始的温度较高、软化终了的温度较低、滴落温度略低,压差高,透气性较差。
This experiment studied on the metallurgical properties of Pangang group Co.,Ltd. vanadium-titanium sinter and Laiwu Iron and Steel group Co.,Ltd. ordinary sinter,the results show that vanadium titanium sinter is inferior to ordinary sinter in terms of reduction performance. Meanwhile,the medium and high temperature reduction properties of vanadium-titanium sinter are not as good as ordinary sinter. In terms of softening melt performance,the softening temperature of vanadium-titanium sinter is higher,but also with a lower temperature ending,while the dropping temperature is slightly lower,the differential pressure is high,whereas the breathability is poor.
