摘要
稀土钢炼铁厂带式焙烧机设计长156m,宽4m,由232块台车组成,共计624m~2反应区,是球团生产工艺系统中的核心组成部分。主要原理采用柔性传动驱动台车链,通过五大工艺风机风量平衡匹配使用,利用煤气燃烧实现生球化学反应。落棒装置为该设备的辅助设施,其主要作用是保证台车及烟罩的密封,以降低漏风率而提高工艺风的控制利用。该装置已投产两年多,落棒及滑板均出现磨损,对后期焙烧机的漏风率无法保证,从而降低了工艺风的有效利用。通过增设单体落棒润滑点数量,以及对各点打油量进行分布调整控制等措施,延长了落棒及滑板的使用寿命,保证了其密封作用。
        The straight-line indurating machine in Rare Earth Steel Iron-making Plant is designed 156m long and 4m wide,which is composed of 232 pallet cars with total 624m~2 reaction zones,and it is the core component in pellet production process system. Its main principle is that,the flexible transmission is adopted to drive the pallet chain with balancing,matching and using of the air volume of the five process fans,and the chemical reaction of the green pellet is realized by using gas combustion. Drop bars are the auxiliary facilities of the equipment,their main function is to ensure the sealing of pallet cars and flue gas hood and to lower the air leakage rate and improve the control and utilization of the process air. The device has been put into production for two years,the drop bars and slide bars often wear,the air leakage rate of the indurating machine in the later period can not be ensured,thus the effective utilization of the process fans is reduced. By increasing the number of lubrication points of the single drop bar and by distributing,adjusting and controlling the amount of oil injected at each point,the service life of the drop bar and slide bar can be extended,and the sealing function can be guaranteed.
