摘要
通过光学显微镜、维氏硬度仪、扫描电镜和EDS能谱分析对TC4钛合金棒材的两类异常低倍组织进行研究。结果表明:两类异常低倍组织中出现的白色亮斑缺陷不属于同一类型。第一类异常组织的亮斑区由单一α相组成,亮斑区的硬度显著低于正常区,属于成分偏析类的冶金缺陷;第二类异常组织的亮斑区为典型的X形貌,亮斑区的显微组织和硬度与正常区相差不大,属于热加工类缺陷。
        Two kinds of abnormal macrostructure of TC4 titanium alloy bars were studied by optical microscopy,Vickers hardness tester, scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectrum analysis. The results indicate that these two white bright speck defects in low power microstructure do not belong to same type. The bright speck zone of first type of abnormal microstructure is made up of single α phase and the hardness of bright speck zone is far below to that of the normal microstructure, which belongs to the metallurgy defects of composition segregation types. The bright speck zone of the second abnormal macrostructure is typical X morphology, and the microstructure and hardness of bright speck zone are almost the same with that of the abnormal zone, which belongs to hot working type defects.
