多西他赛联合顺铂术前新辅助化疗在Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌中的疗效观察

摘要
目的探讨多西他赛联合顺铂术前新辅助化疗在Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2015年4月—2017年9月就诊的Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌患者共92例作为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,各46例,对照组术前应用吉西他滨+顺铂辅助治疗,实验组术前应用多西他赛+顺铂辅助化疗治疗,比较两组患者疾病控制效果及治疗安全性。结果两组患者疾病控制率比较,实验组明显高于对照组(P <0. 05);治疗期间两组患者不良反应发生率比较,实验组明显低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论晚期非小细胞肺癌患者术前应用多西他赛联合顺铂辅助化疗能显著提升疾病控制率,药物副作用少,对改善患者预后有积极意义,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the docetaxel combined cisplatin preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy in Ⅲ application effect in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer. Methods April 2015 to September 2017 visits Ⅲ stage non-small cell lung cancer patients in our hospital as the research object,a total of 92 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group,46 cases,control group preoperative application of gemcitabine plus cisplatin adjuvant therapy,the experimental group preoperative docetaxel + cisplatin adjuvant chemotherapy,compared two groups of patients with disease control effect and security. Results The disease control rate of the two groups was significantly higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). During the treatment period,the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was significantly lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The preoperative application of docetaxel combined with cisplatin adjuvant chemotherapy in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer can significantly improve the disease control rate,with fewer side effects,and has a positive significance for improving the prognosis of patients,which is worthy of promotion and application.
