摘要
京南电厂1号贯流式水轮发电机在投运早期,由于冷却水质不合格,对空冷器铜管造成腐蚀,此外,冷却水系统膨胀水箱气囊破裂损坏造成冷却水压不稳定,从而导致2号空冷器铜管漏水。更换膨胀水箱和采用环氧树脂封堵空冷器开裂铜管后,漏水现象消除,系统水压调节正常,满足机组安全运行需要。
        The copper tube of air cooler had been corroded because of the disqualification of cooling water quality in the early operation stage of Jingnan No.1 tubular turbine generation. Besides, the damage of air bag of expansion tank in water cooling system caused the unstable cooling water pressure, which caused the water leakage of cooper tube of No.2 air cooler. After the replacement of expansion tank and the block of cracked cooper tube of the air cooler by epoxy resins, the water leakage has been eliminated and the regulation of system water pressure are normal, which satisfy the security operation of generator unit.
