摘要
由于汽车空调出风口塑件外观面色差及纹路质量要求高,内部筋位、倒扣多且薄,主体壁厚差异大等结构特点,其注射成型难度大。采用多类型组合以及多方向抽芯机构和带斜度的滑块封胶的模具设计方案,并运用Moldex3D分析验证了单点开放式热流道+单点潜伏式浇口进料方案的可行性,分析了影响熔接痕和翘曲变形的因素,通过调整塑件壁厚改善熔接痕的同时,优化冷却系统和排气系统的设计,完成了整副注射模的设计。经试模验证:塑件成型质量合格,生产效率高。
        According to the appearance of the air conditioning ventilation plastics and the texture quality requirements, and there were many thin ribs and undercuts inside the plastics, and the wall thickness difference of the main body was large, it was hard to injection molding. Finally a multi-type combination and directional core-pulling mechanism and the angle slider block sealing mould structure was designed. The feasibility of single hot runner with single submarine gate was verified by using Moldex3 D software. Then the factors of the fusion seam and the warpage were analyzed, and the fusion seam was reduced by adjusting the wall thickness. At the same time, the cooling system and exhaust system were designed, and the whole set of the injection mould was designed.
