摘要

分析了韶钢优特钢中棒线圆钢表面划伤产生的原因,通过对空过辊道进行优化,增加弱穿水工艺,在穿水管入口加装导卫以及改造冷床裙板等措施,有效解决了中棒线圆钢表面划伤问题,显著提升了成品表面质量。
        The reason for scratch defect on the medium-size bar production line at SISG is analyzed. The problem is effectively solved with measures: optimizing the empty roller table,adding slight through water cooling process,installing a guide at the entrance of the through water cooling pipe and remodeling the braking skirt plate of cooling bed. The surface quality of products is improved obviously.
