自制新型冰敷固定带用于人工全髋关节置换术后冰敷的效果观察

摘要
目的探讨有效减轻人工髋关节置换术后关节肿痛的冰敷方法。方法将60例人工全髋关节置换术后患者随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组采用清水冰袋进行冰敷,观察组采用自制新型冰敷固定带进行冰敷,术后开始持续冰敷至48 h。结果两组术后舒适度,术后6 h、24 h、48 h疼痛程度、肿胀程度及冰敷过程中冰袋滑脱率比较,差异有统计学意义(均P﹤0.05)。结论新型冰敷固定带具有使用安全、舒适、经济等特点,可应用于人工全髋关节置换术后患者。
Objective To investigate the application of ice compress to reduce joint swelling and pain after artificial hip replacement. Methods 60 patients with total hip replacement were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 30 cases in each group. Control group was treated with ice packs, observation group was treated with ice compress with new ice fixing band, ice deposition continued to 48 h postoperatively. Results Postoperative comfort of the two groups, degree of pain on 6 h, 24 h and 48 h, the degree of swelling and the ice bag slippage rate during ice compress after operation were compared, there was statistical difference(P < 0.05). Conclusion The new ice fixing band is safe, comfortable and economical, and can be used in patients after total hip replacement.
