摘要
目的探讨医学影像本科导师制下师生关系。方法选取2012—2015级135名影像专业学生135名为观察组(导师制),同年级同班135名同学作为对照组(非导师制)。统计影像专业学生进入导师制前选择导师职称的意向、各级学生师生交流中获得导师帮助的意向、师生交流方式;对比两组学生的期末成绩及科研成就。结果导师制学生倾向于选择职称高的导师;各年级学生从导师获得帮助的意向不同;选择面对面与导师交流的学生较多;观察组期末平均成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的科研成就较为优秀。结论医学影像本科生导师制下师生关系得到改善,影像本科生导师制值得推广。
Objective To explore the teacher-student relationship under the tutor system of medical imaging undergraduates. Methods A total of 135 students majoring in imaging from 2012 to 2015 were selected as observation group(tutorial system), and 135 students of the same grade and class were selected as control group(non-tutorial system).The intention of students majoring in imaging to choose the title of supervisor before they enter the tutorial system, the intention of students at all levels to get help from the tutor in the communication between teachers and students, and the way of communication between teachers and students were counted. The final grades and scientific achievements of the two groups were compared. Results Under the tutorial system, students tended to choose tutors with high professional titles;students of different grades had different intentions for obtaining help from tutors; more students choose to communicate face to face with their tutors; the average scores at the end of the term of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.05); the scientific research achievements of the observation group were better.Conclusion The teacher-student relationship was improved under the tutoring system. The tutorial system of medical imaging undergraduates is worthy of promotion.
